Rough guide
- Video streaming in HD uses a few megabits per second (Mbps) per stream
- Video calls use a few Mbps each, more for upload
- A household streaming and calling at the same time may need more
- Very large downloads and many users at once need the most
Test it
Run a speed test at busy times. If you rarely use more than a fraction of your plan, try a lower tier.
